Where’s My Stuff?
Orders are typically sent out within one week of placing your order, with the exception of toys (which take 2 weeks). If you have any questions about your order please send an email to moldazor@gmail.com
Do you accept commission work?
Yes! Send an email to moldazor@gmail.com with your idea, deadline, budget, and any other information needed and I'll get back to you asap!
where's my international order?
A tracking number as provided by the USPS will be forwarded to you once an order has been shipped. Shipments can take anywhere between 7-21 days to arrive (and sometimes even longer). Please be aware that tracking for international shipments can be a spotty!
If there is still an issue, we suggest you contact your local post office and place an inquiry with them. At this time we do not offer refunds or returns on any international orders
Why did I only get part of my order?
Some items are print-on-demand, and made to order. While other items are ready and shipping directly from me. That means some of your items may show up at different times. Rest asure your items are on the way. if you have any specific questions, feel free to reach out at moldazor@gmail.com
Help! How can I make an exchange/return for an order?
Please send an email to moldazor@gmail.com with your order number and description of the item you wish to return.
May be exceptions due to covid.
